On 2009 was inaugurated by the Portugal Labor Ministry, thanks to the support of the Portuguese Cooperation, ONGD AMIC, ORA International from Switzerland, friends and collaborators of Portugal, Costa Rica and Argentina. The Medical Center has the following professionals: an obstetrician gynecologist, three general doctors, two attends during day and the other, attends in the afternoon, one attends children and the other attends adult people and a there is also a dentist. Inside, other personnel are compound of microbiology technicians, and a  nurse with an specialization in neonatology. Other services offered are laboratory exams, ultrasound, vaccination, Pharmacy, prenatal services, births attention, caesarean operations and post partum medical services. The external medical consultation operate from Monday to Friday in a schedule of 8:oo a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the maternity service is 24 hours. We also work with volunteers doctors, nurses and ONG´S members coming from Spain, Costa Rica y Brazil.
